1. What exactly can I customize?
You can personalize the card’s title, message, special stats, background, and more directly on our website. After purchase, you will also receive a private link to create your own characters (avatars).

2. Can I see a preview before it’s printed?
Yes. You will see a live preview while customizing. After you submit your avatar details post-purchase, our team will send a final design preview for your approval before printing.

3. How do I create the characters (avatars)?
Once your order is placed, we will email you a link to design your characters in detail, including outfits, skin tones, hairstyles, and more.

4. Can I make changes after I order?
Yes. You will receive a final preview of your design. If you need adjustments before we print, we will revise it accordingly.

5. What size is the card?
The card is 3.4 x 2.14 inches, approximately the size of a standard credit card. It fits in wallets and can also be displayed as a keepsake.

Each card is made of high-quality aluminum with a glossy finish. It is lightweight, durable, and designed to last.

7. How long does it take to receive my card?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days after design approval. Shipping typically takes 5–8 business days within the United States and 7–14 days for international orders.

8. Do you offer express shipping?
Not at the moment. However, we prioritize fast fulfillment and provide updates throughout the process.

9. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide.

10. What if I don’t like the final design?
We will work with you to revise the design until you are satisfied. Nothing is printed without your approval.

11. Can I cancel or refund my order?
Because this is a custom product, cancellations are only available before you submit your character (avatar) details. If there is an issue with the final design or the printed card, we will work to resolve it.

12. I’m stuck on customization. Can I get help?
Yes. Contact us via email or the contact form and our support team will assist you with anything from editing text to character creation.

13. Is it safe to order from Valley Goodz?
Yes. Our website is SSL-encrypted and payments are securely processed via Shopify. We take privacy and security seriously.
